Purpose Statement: Partner with US and Global divisional and cross-functional leaders to develop and implement innovative strategies to sell Capital Equipment service globally to drive revenue growth across Boston Scientific. Key Responsibilities: Manage US service strategy from prelaunch to end of life - requires ongoing partnership with Project Management Office & divisional marketing, finance and service operations. Attend monthly new product launch and end of life meetings to coordinate product life service activities Support Global service needs by partnering with Regional managers, sharing US strategy and portfolio & guiding global offerings Drive successful capital equipment and service strategies across divisions by leveraging best sales practices and business processes Develop service contracts/entitlements & billable services that align with service plan & ExpertCare portfolio while maximizing revenue (Own for US & provide guidance for Global) Develop/rollout service sales execution plans with sales teams Plan and Develop sales rep training requirements with marketing teams Own & facilitate monthly alignment meetings & QBR content - align strategy, sales, & delivery Drive & Develop AOP/Fcst/Strat plan alignment, conversations and strategy Required Qualifications Sales Analytics and Operations experience Product Management experience Ability to build relationships and influence key partners Project Management experience SAP, SalesForce, ServiceMax, Tableau Sales Analytics and Reporting Requisition ID:606025 Minimum Salary: $99100 Maximum Salary: $188300 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
