Description

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. If you have a strong background in email marketing and a passion for data-driven strategies, we want to hear from you. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly preferred. Must be commutable to the client location 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage audiences and meet business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to design visually appealing and effective email templates.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve future strategies.

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage and execute email campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and inform data-driven decisions.

Ensure email campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing efforts.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email campaign execution.

Requirements - Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign creation and performance analysis.

Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.

Strong understanding of email design principles and user engagement techniques.

Experience conducting A/B testing to drive campaign optimization.

Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for campaign improvements.

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
