Description

An organization in the East of Pittsburgh needs a Temporary Procurement Coordinator.

The Procurement Coordinator is 100% onsite and does have a chance of hire.

The Procurement Coordinator would be responsible for the following duties:

Handle high-volume customer interactions, mainly via phone.

Process purchase orders and enter customer orders in SAP.

Communicate order updates and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and fax.

Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with warehouses.

Work with Supply Chain to expedite materials and improve delivery.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.

Requirements

Associate degree in Business or a related field is a plus

Familiarity with procurement software systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.

Proven experience in processing purchase orders and managing procurement tasks.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in logistics and data entry.

Ability to manage invoices and related documentation efficiently.

Previous experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination is a plus.
