The Job:
As a National Account Manager, Auto you'll be part of our Mass Merchants team working as a remote employee. You will enable the sales and profitability growth of DEALT, Proto, Blackhawk, Irwin, Lenox, Craftsman, Stanley, and Black & Decker brands which are marketed and sold through Automotive Warehouse Distribution. You'll work closely with independent rep agencies, sales teams, channel managers, and product line management to execute overall marketing strategy. You'll also get to:
Drive SBD Growth with Automotive Warehouse Distributors (WD's).
Cultivate and manage relationship with Auto WD's (Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, Product Managers, Purchasing Managers, Store Managers, etc.)
Work closely with Channel Marketing Team to develop programs and promotions specific to the Automotive WD customers and their customer base.
Develop and Sell-In new programs, promotions, and new products to the Auto WD Customers balancing sales & SGM.
Manage and direct Automotive WD selling events (Auto WD Trade Shows, User Shows and Events, etc.)
Effectively communicate progress and key initiatives through SalesForce.com
Plan, implement, and attend End User shows and events (to drive sales and educate users on SBDK product lines)
Work with Automotive WD management teams to coordinate corporate initiatives (promotions, merchandizing, etc.)
Strategic planning and execution with Auto Warehouse Distributors.
Understand the sales and forecast building process
The Person:

BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Demonstrated success in problem solving - must be creative, innovative
Self-motivated, high energy, persistent, and sense of urgency
Ability to organize and prioritize
Superior Interpersonal skills - proficient in both written and verbal communications
Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven track record of success - ability to drive growth
Ability to work cross-functionally
