Data Analytics is responsible for applying business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant, and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. Support Medical supply chain and logistics businesses by developing, managing, and maintaining data-driven tools and actionable insights.
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and solutions that enhance the performance, efficiency, and responsiveness of the end-to-end supply chain. This role involves overseeing a team of analysts and collaborating closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams to develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
The role will work across the supply chain with different levels of the organization, gathering data and analytics requirements, driving data acquisition, ingestion & curation to deliver trusted actionable results in a clear and concise manner.
The role will also manage existing tools, such as scorecards and dashboards, and look for ways to enhance or improve upon speed, process flow, functionality, and overall value.
Lead the development of supply chain analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
Uses knowledge of business and data to discover and/or anticipate problems or opportunities where data can be leveraged to address the need.
Asks probing questions to translate business needs in order to build and design reporting solutions (metric management, dashboards, enterprise performance management).
Applies data visualization, descriptive and summary statistical techniques for discovery and timely insights (data exploration, ad-hoc queries, and analysis).
Interprets results of analyses, identifies trends and issues (forecasting), and develops alternatives to support business objectives.
Applies data aggregation, descriptive analysis and data presentation techniques and tools to communicate complex findings and recommendations to influence others to take action.
Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure access to clean, reliable, and scalable data sources.
Demonstrates ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to a variety of audiences and mediums.
Prioritizes and organizes tasks to deliver on time
Clearly articulates progress updates, highlights risks with mitigation plans early and manages issues effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, with 1-3 years in a leadership or management role preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain functions: planning, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with data query, visualization, and analysis
Ability to collect, synthesize, and interpret information from multiple sources as well as provide easy to understand recommendations
Prefer experience in Data Movement and Processing Technologies and Cloud Data Warehouse technologies including but not limited to experience with GCP, Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, Apache Spark
Strong knowledge and experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, SAP, GCP/Big Query, and Python/R is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
