Pricing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Pricing Specialist to process customer orders and ensure invoice accuracy. This role involves reviewing reports to maintain proper margins and costs, and collaborating with sales staff to resolve billing errors.

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders with precision and ensure all invoices are accurate.

Review and analyze reports to maintain proper margins and costs.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in billing and pricing processes.

Strong experience with invoice management.

Advanced skills in Excel, including vlookups and potentially Pivot tables.

High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience or an Associate Degree with 6+ months of experience.

Familiarity with Infor ERP system is advantageous but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
