Job Title: Plant Administrative AssistantJob Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of a thriving plant. You will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks that support plant management, including payroll and production statistics reporting, inventory tracking, and vendor invoice processing.

Responsibilities

Operate scale for weighing company, customer, and third-party trucks.

Process vendor invoices and purchase orders.

Provide administrative support for plant management.

Compile, enter, and report payroll and production statistics.

Track finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours.

Purchase parts and safety supplies.

Maintain fuel inventory and equipment downtime reports.

Handle month-end accruals and reporting.

Process personnel changes and maintain files.

Manage timekeeping using Kronos.

Essential Skills

Administrative assistance experience.

Accounts payable expertise.

Customer service skills.

Office management capabilities.

Proficiency in data entry.

Experience with Kronos.

Knowledge of Oracle or JD Edwards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in payroll processing for a team of 13 people.

Familiarity with Payroll ERP systems like KRONOS is preferred but not required.

Basic Excel skills.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. You will be part of a very tight-knit team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
