Now Hiring: Construction Management Professionals for LAUSD School Projects

Location: Los Angeles County, CA

Client: Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)

Worksites: Various K-12 schools across LA County

Employment Type: Full-time

Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Start Date: Rolling, multiple openings available

? Open Positions1. Sr. Project Manager

Salary: $166,000 - $170,000/year

Experience: 17+ years in project/construction management, including 5 years managing programs over $50M and 5 years in educational/public/commercial projects

Education: Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience with CCM required within 1 year)

Project Size: Varies, includes projects >$50M

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple large-scale school construction projects

Resolve complex disputes and manage fiscal performance

Lead contract administration and policy development

Preferred Skills: BIM, LEED/CHPS, DSA experience

Construction Manager II

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000/year

Experience: 15+ years in construction/project management, including 5 years managing projects over $20M

Education: Same as above

Project Size: $5M and up

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction from pre-con to close-out

Coordinate with public agencies and internal stakeholders

Oversee contractor performance, budgets, and schedules

Preferred Skills: Design Build, BIM, LEED/CHPS, DSA, OSHA 30

Owners Rep II

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000/year

Experience & Education: Same as Construction Manager

Project Size: $5M and up

Key Responsibilities: Same as Construction Manager

Preferred Skills: Same as Construction Manager

Construction Manager I

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000/year

Experience: 10+ years in construction/project management, including 3 years managing projects over $10M

Education: Same as above

Project Size: $5M and up

Key Responsibilities: Same as Construction Manager

Preferred Skills: Architect/Engineer license, CCM credential

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64.00 - $82.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
