Signature HealthCARE of Portland provides comprehensive behavioral services for dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other related disorders. Overview

Our Medical Records Coordinators ensure that our residents' medical records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.

How you Will make a difference

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.

What you Need to make a Difference

Associates degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration or related field from an accredited college is preferred.

RHIT or RHIA credential required OR have a degree in health-related field with experience in Medical Records / Health Information training.

Position requires having a 2 HIM degree or certification.
