This role is open to candidates who sit in Kansas

Responsibilities:

· Achieve performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance Adhere to department standards and daily adherence metrics

· Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating the client's commitment to quality care and concern for all internal and external customers

· Manage multi-tasking tasks using dual monitors, including data entry and phone etiquette, while maintaining compliance with guidelines

· Handle sensitive patient information and advocate for patient needs

· Support other team members with paperwork and patient issue resolution

· Identify financial, medical, and legal risks during customer interactions and follow proper procedures

· Use internal systems to manage customer needs such as appointments, authorizations, claims, invoices, eligibility benefits, and appeals

· Accurately document and translate oral information in accordance with company guidelines

· Assist patients in selecting a PCP and provide general information about the medical group

· Coordinate with clinicians and Telehealth Nurses, including arranging transportation, DME, and home health services

· Update and process PCP changes in the system

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

· Must have recent high-volume call center (minimum of 1 year) and healthcare experience (minimum 6 months)

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other systems, including navigating multiple chat channels within Microsoft Teams.

· Ability to work permanent (40 hours/week) with flexibility.

· Occasional overtime, including holidays, may be required.

Training Schedule:

10:00am - 6:30pm CST Training Schedule

10:30am - 7:00pm CST Post Training Schedule
