As a Sr. Finance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in budgeting, reporting, cost control, and financial modeling, while also providing valuable insights and ensuring financial compliance. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion and mitigating financial risks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all financial activities on our Baton Rouge Manufacturing site
Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets align with corporate goals and monitor financial performance against budget targets by developing and executing the annual budgets and financial forecasts
Prepare and managing the plant's annual budget, forecasting financial performance, and tracking actual performance against budget.
Analyze plant costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and recommending cost-reduction measures
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, and investigating variances
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinating and reviewing external and internal audit activities onsite.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency at the site.
Act as a financial advisor to department heads and senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisor-level role
