Crafted Highlights:
The Finance Manager leads all accounting and financial reporting processes for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. In addition, manage accounts payments, including all claims processes and reconciliation. The Finance Manager interfaces with Molson Coors to ensure accounting and financial practices are aligned with company requirements.
This role leads a team of 3 direct reports and reports to the Controller.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Financial Leadership (50%)
Provide timely and accurate financial statements to Molson Coors corporate office and for review with Leadership measuring performance against planned budgets and goals.
Financial Analyst Reporting:
Responsible for the month-end close process and timely submission of financial results to our parent company including responses on variance explanations.
Responsible for monthly reporting package and financial forecasting process.
Responsible for monthly variance analysis and reporting of changes to business performance.
Provide fiduciary management to ensure consistent delivery of financial commitments.
Ensure transparency of financial information in support of delivering business results.
Responsible for supporting and advising managers on cost control, inventory control, capital expenditure, financial performance, and budgetary goals; provide education and advice to department managers on financial issues impacting department budgets
Leads forecasting and expense planning processes with input from extended SLT members.
Support the development and management of Annual Operating Plan and 3yr Strategic Plan, ensuring plans are in place to meet changing in-market conditions, competitive challenges and to take advantage of growth opportunities.
Lead and support special projects as needed.
Accounts Payable (A/P) and Supplier A/R Management (30%):
Responsible for accounts payable function as well as personnel; manages DPO and aged payables as well as suppler terms and recommends term changes as needed to improve cash flow.
Responsible for expense report review/payment as well as periodic reviews for compliance with policy.
Performance & Talent Management (20%)
Responsible for all people management-related processes, including staffing, performance management and discipline, time system management, communications/team meetings, etc. for the Finance team.
Other
Improves processes within their area, identifies non-value-added work and seeks alternative solutions.
Supports change and show ability to align in support of the organizations' goals and objectives.
Partners with IT on appropriate system enhancements to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Ingredients:
High school or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required with major in Finance or Accounting preferred
5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Preferred experience in the wholesale beverage industry.
Strong PC skills with MS Office and Accounting Systems; prior experience in VIP preferred.
Attention to detail.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates strong analytics and process implementation.
Ability to prioritize work assignments in fast paced environment.
Must be able to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $93,800.00 -$123,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
