Job Type: Billing Specialist

Location: Edison, NJ

Pay: $20/hr to $22/hr

A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role is essential in managing documentation, verifying shipment records, ensuring billing accuracy, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and reviewing shipment documents, creating and emailing invoices, and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. What you'll be responsible for:

Managed digital documentation for billing.

Collected and reviewed documents from product shipments.

Verified that received items matched shipment documents.

Ensured billing accuracy by cross-checking with delivery records.

Created and emailed invoices to clients.

Responded to customer inquiries via email and phone.

Maintained a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
