From Entry-Level Assemblers to Field Service Technicians

We're hiring Entry-Level Assemblers on behalf of a leading packaging equipment company in Eastlake. After six months, this role can lead to becoming Field Service Technicians through an intensive, hands-on apprenticeship. You'll learn to build, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial equipment-then become a part of their service team.

$18.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and fabricate mechanical parts using basic hand tools, power tools, and your future-famous problem-solving skills.

Read blueprints and spec sheets like a pro (or learn how until you are one).

Perform quality checks that would make your high school shop teacher proud.

Learn how to safely operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, and other heavy equipment (we'll certify you).

Keep your workspace and tools organized and safe-neat freaks welcome.

Learn how to bead blast, power wash, and paint booths.

Train on becoming a Field Service Technician

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong work ethic

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with a team lift; must be comfortable standing for extended periods.

Basic math and blueprint-reading skills
