Our client, a logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Shipping & Receiving Department supporting the Logistics and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong communication skills , and a team-oriented mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range: $20/hr

What's the Job?

Load and upload trucks efficiently and safely

Prepare materials for shipment with attention to detail

Operate pallet jacks or stand-behind riders for heavy items

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and company procedures

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Steel-toe shoes (required)

Casual attire (no sweatpants)

Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Willingness to work 35-40 hours per week
