Job Summary
As Senior Digital Strategy Consultant in the Electric Power Division, your work ensures Electric Power customer needs are integrated into the Caterpillar digital tools landscape, which enables them to get the most from our products and services. You will work closely with internal partners, dealers, and customers to identify and develop new solutions and establish clear value to onboarding into Caterpillar's digital ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will serve as the key liaison within Electric Power to Cat Digital to drive alignment and prioritization of key projects, resources, and digital enablers to support Electric Power aftermarket growth. Job duties include:
Working with business partners and industry groups primarily across Electric Power and Cat Digital to collect voice of customer and voice of business to propose ideas for business growth leveraging digital workstreams.
Establishing enhancement pipeline for Cat Digital products such as VisionLink, Cat Foresight, and Cat Central in support of Electric Power's long-term digital strategy.
Developing new Cat Digital solutions for Electric Power including, but not limited to, condition monitoring analytics and Digital Integrated Customer Offers (DICOs).
Representing Electric Power within cross-industry discussions for prioritization of EP needs in new enterprise digital projects such as Cat AI Assistant and ONE Funnel.
Managing metrics, dashboards, and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and determine opportunities for product improvement.
Degree Requirement:
Four-year degree in business, economics, finance or a related field or equivalent experience.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Previous experience with Cat Digital tools and solutions such as VisionLink, Cat Foresight, PSEs, etc.
Previous experience tracking multiple projects and deliverables
Master's degree in business administration or related field
Additional Information
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
Travel up to ~20% is possible

Summary Pay Range:
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
