Remote Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and providers, handling inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and care. You will also support our team with a variety of administrative tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Job Description

Answer and make phone calls to members and providers in a courteous and efficient manner

Manage and respond to emails and other communications

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Organize and maintain digital files and records

Assist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical duties

Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED(required)

1+ year of administrative experience

1+ year of customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
