Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives and drive brand engagement across diverse digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty industry, with a flair for storytelling and a data-informed approach to strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, enhancing customer loyalty, and delivering impactful content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives and audience preferences.

Create and manage a detailed multi-channel content calendar, including platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the beauty industry.

Craft compelling written content, including captions, scripts, and concept briefs, tailored for social media and video formats.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging assets that complement content campaigns.

Manage social media channels by scheduling, publishing content, and engaging with the online community.

Respond to audience comments and messages in an authentic and timely manner to foster engagement.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development and influencer marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Monitor social media conversations and trends to inform content strategies.

Coordinate with freelancers and external contributors for specialized content production. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.

Proven ability to write, edit, and proofread engaging content, supported by a strong portfolio.

Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, along with best practices for content creation.

Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behaviors, and product knowledge.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize strategies.
