Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hicksville, New York. This position offers a Contract to permanent opportunity, providing you with the chance to transition into a long-term role while contributing to a dynamic and customer-focused environment. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless data entry processes.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and with attention to detail to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center setting.

Perform accurate data entry of customer information and interactions into the system.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer records and process relevant information.

Accurately enter customer orders into the system to ensure smooth processing.

Schedule appointments for customers based on their needs and availability.

Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions to address concerns or updates. Requirements - Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing superior customer service.

Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.

Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for record management and processing tasks.

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally.

Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments.

Excellent communication skills, including email correspondence.
