Day to day as a Customer Service Representative II As a Customer Service Representative II at Peoples State Bank in Rhinelander, WI, you will play a vital role in delivering service excellence while conducting financial transactions for our valued customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining positive customer relations by skillfully managing teller transactions while adhering to our bank procedures. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of previous bank/teller experience. Attention to detail with a strong sales and service orientation.
