The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for serving as an expert in the review, insights and analysis of business processes across the supply chain flow. Manages and generates reporting to support the procurement function. Works closely with other functional departments to improve business process and system utilization, focused on increasing efficiency and effectiveness of people, processes and system requirements.

This position reports to the Sr. Materials Manager and is part of the Supply Chain department located in Torrance Ca and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Operational insights to identify and improve bottlenecks, potential shortages, and manufacturing risks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy

Provide weekly shortage reports based on demand/supply

Responsible for tracking new SKU launches to align supply and customer demand

Review and provide analysis on quarterly basis of all discontinued and slow movers

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in supply chain, inventory planning preferred

Entry Level of understanding of Manufacturing BOMs and Routes

Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects

Strong analytical, logical reasoning and organizational skills

The salary range for this role is $56,200-$77,200. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
