Job Title: Inventory & Admin Support worker

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay Range: $20.63/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Our client a global leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Warehouse Admin worker to join their team. As part of the operations department, you will support by handling administrative and inventory-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support, including answering emails and other clerical duties

Manage inventory and production tasks using SAP

Process and correct inventory for return-to-stock items

Assist with daily operations to alleviate workload from key team members

Operate a forklift (cherry picker and standard) as required

What's Needed?

Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and general computer skills

Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience (cherry picker/standard)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bilingual (/Spanish) is a plus(Must be fluent in English)
