The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our agile delivery team, working closely with Professional Services leadership, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Jira boards, facilitate communication both internally and externally to streamline project workflows and processes. In this role, you will contribute to the team's overall efficiency and help drive project success through effective coordination and organization.

Core Responsibilities:

Jira Board Management:

Maintain Jira boards for projects, ensuring accurate representation of tasks, user stories, and management of essential start and end dates.

Regularly update Jira boards to track progress and ensure accuracy

Create new report and plan views to help leadership and delivery team better visualize upcoming work, work in progress, and work completed.

Review and propose new team metrics to evaluate efficiency and productivity.?

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitate effective communication among team members, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure project progress is maintained and issues are escalated in a timely manner.

Proactively manage expectations and alignment across internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity of goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Partner with customers and their third-party vendors on integration efforts, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted guide throughout the process; provide system configuration support and help ensure smooth implementation and collaboration across parties.

Drive standing meetings and ensure all relevant parties are involved and contribute.

Capture meeting minutes, action items, and process decisions in Confluence for visibility and transparency.

Workflow Optimization:

Identify and document process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance the team's productivity and project delivery.

Document and maintain best practices and process guidelines to promote repeatable, scalable delivery approaches.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering team feedback and recommending tool or process enhancements.

Team Support:

Support the agile delivery team by providing administrative assistance.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Assist in onboarding new team members and provide guidance on project processes and tools.

Gathering project readiness information.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Information Technology field.

1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in an agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban.

Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus but not required.
