Job Title: Alumni Relations Admin Assistant

Location: Hershey, PA

Type: Contract To Possible Hire

Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: Mon - Friday - 8am -4:30pm

System One is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Alumni Relations department of a very well respected educational institution in Hershey, PA. This a contract to possible direct hire position!

Administrative Assistant duties:

Administrative support to the Direct or Alumni Relations

Coordination of events,

Create required documents,

Schedule meetings,/manage calendar in Outlook

Budget management support;

Financial plan tracking;

Developing reports

Office management.

Administrative Assistant Requirements

Effective written and oral communication and

Strong computer competence in learning and utilizing multiple software programs with a willingness/ability to learn new platforms
