Summary The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force. This position is located at Joint Base Lewis McChord Community Recreation Division. Responsibilities Actively participates in the management of the activity or organization by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties and serves as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations. Exercises independent judgement. Applies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carryout a wide variety of administrative functions related to the organization and its mission (e.g., personnel, accounting, budget, etc). Composes operating procedures and sets internal priorities to generate improvements in administrative services. An extensive knowledge of rules, operations, and practices, and judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guidelines is required. Performs other duties related to office automation requiring a skill in general office machines, software, and the internet/intranet. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. Work experience directly related to the duties described above. 2. Ability to @type 40 words per minute. Education This position does not have an education requirement. PCS Costs Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
