Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO

Capital City Construction is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver who can manage a dynamic calendar, handle confi dential matters with discretion, and serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for the executive office. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support and Scheduling Manage CEOs calendar, schedule internal/external meetings, and coordinate travel. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and meeting requests. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Administrative Operations Draft and edit emails, reports, presentations, and internal memos. Maintain organized digital and physical fi les. Track deadlines, project milestones, and daily priorities.

Full Time Work environment Remote work through Zoom, emails, phone calls and Google Meet Travel requirements Zero Travel requirements On-call responsibilities 1-2 Hours of on-Call may be required monthly Special conditions or requirements No special conditions or requirements needed Workplace Policies and Agreements Confidentiality Agreement : Employees must sign a confidentiality agreement to protect sensitive company information. This agreement prohibits the sharing of proprietary or confi dential data with unauthorized individuals or entities during and after employment. Non-Compete Agreement : To safeguard the companys business interests, employees may be required to sign a non-compete agreement. This ensures that employees do not engage in competing activities within a specifi c geographic area and timeframe after leaving the organization. Evaluation and Review Performance Expectations : Employees must excel in organization, communication, and multitasking, ensuring timely task completion and alignment with the CEOs priorities. Evaluation Process : Formal performance reviews will occur at the 90-day probationary period and annually, focusing on job responsibility adherence, collaboration, and overall contributions. Performance Metrics : Key metrics include calendar management efficiency, task accuracy, meeting deadlines, and professionalism.
