Your Role at KIK
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for KIK. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and a team player with a passion for recruiting. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire the best candidates. This individual will support multiple manufacturing plants across the US focusing on hourly and salaried positions. Are you ready to help transform talent acquisition and recruit the best?

What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a highly competitive market for a variety of roles
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Sourcing : Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screening and Interviewing : Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the selection process
Offer Creation and Negotiation : Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to create and negotiate compensation packages that align with company standards and market trends
Compliance : Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are in compliance with legal requirements
Reporting and Analytics : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports and analysis to track recruitment metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Employer Branding : Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to promote KIK as an employer of choice
Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates to build relationships
What You'll Bring
2 or more years of high-volume full-cycle manufacturing recruiting experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization; previous experience working in a manufacturing-based business environment preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in partnering, advising, and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships; listen proactively, ask the right questions, and clarify the needs and expectations of the candidates and hiring managers
Results driven with a strong sense of urgency
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Expertise in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting platforms

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $80,000-$90,000. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
