What you'll do:
The Senior Distinguished Product Manager will be a pivotal technology leader, overseeing a global portfolio of products, driving the development of next-generation platforms for Walmart Global Technology. Key responsibilities for this role include:
Provide guidance for best practices and thinking patterns for how we build products for associates in the Global Tech organization.
Develop a strategy for how we harness the vast amounts of data we have to simplify experiences for associates.
Take guiding ownership of several AI Application domains, such as AskSam and parts of MyAssistant
Collaborate with product, business, and operations leaders to define, prioritize, and execute the product and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
This role requires a visionary leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic business acumen, and who is passionate about shaping the future.
What you'll bring:
Key Skills include Product Management, Business Strategy, AI and ML , Data Analysis, Stakeholder and Change Management
Experience in GenAI / Agentic solutions is strongly preferred
Ability to rapidly zoom in and zoom out though layers of details
Preferred experience in gaining hands-on understanding of critical business processes to help optimize and simplify
Strong experience in successfully building and managing high-performing and product teams
Passion for technology, willingness to dive deep into the technical products Walmart is building, and commitment to learning and expanding technical knowledge
Build compelling business cases and ROIs and proactively drive business insights and optimizations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 6 years' experience in product management or related field OR 8 years' experience in product management or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
10 years' experience in product management.
10 years' experience gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating requirements.
8 years' experience consulting and advising business partners utilizing detailed analysis.
Proven track record of successful product creation with measurable and significant business impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00-$384,000.00

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
