POSITION SUMMARY
Sunrun is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Affiliate Partner team as a Sr. Partner Pipeline Manager supporting our Strategic Partnerships. This pivotal role collaborates closely with Account Executives and Program Performance Managers to oversee and manage end-to-end pipeline activities and project development.
As the Sr. Partner Pipeline Manager, you will play a vital role in optimizing project progression from Initial Proposal Submission to System Activation, ensuring seamless execution for client and customer satisfaction. This individual will focus on the holistic health and operational performance of our Affiliate partners, with an emphasis on installation performance, capacity optimization and process improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Account Executives and Program Performance Managers to oversee an entire pipeline portfolio, ensuring efficient project development and execution through operational guidance, problem solving and metric-based check-ins.
Take ownership of relationships with operational leads, managers, and submission teams, providing support and guidance to ensure the smooth progression of day-to-day project activities and fulfillment.
Serve as the primary owner and responsible party for ensuring the progression of projects from initial approval to system activation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving quality and speed in all deliverables.
Lead the tactical execution of key partnership and program initiatives with assigned partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving mutual success through effective collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing platform onboarding needs, conducting training sessions, and handling escalations to ensure swift resolutions.
Facilitate successful partnership launches during onboarding and oversee the activation of new Users, playing a crucial role in their successful integration into the platform.
Execute a range of tasks aimed at supporting and empowering Affiliate Partners, enabling them to achieve revenue growth through successful project fulfillment, quality, speed and customer satisfaction.
Interpret large data sets to determine our relative performance, strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or pipeline coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being able to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
Prior experience in partnerships or relationship management is advantageous.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Be able to remain in a seated position for more than 50 percent of the workday
Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and occasionally lift and or move up to 15 pounds
Have adequate visual and hearing acuity to follow instructions, operate office equipment and determine the accuracy of the work assigned
Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine the accuracy of work
Ability to perform normal office duties

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$94,179.27 to $125,572.36
