As Dir Supply Chain - Contracts & Services, you will be responsible for directing and developing contracts and services sourcing and procurement activities in support of key business objectives. You'll provide vision, strategy and consistency in procurement activities for operating and capital expenditures for services. Along with your team, you will analyze market and delivery trends to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Defines, develops and executes the procurement strategy and processes associated with all procurement activities for operating areas and project teams goods to ensure cost, quality and delivery targets are met
Oversees consolidation, strategy and execution of all company services: engineering, construction, inspection
Manages and improves current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency
Performs business analysis with key stakeholders to align business priorities with procurement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, construction energy management or related with ten (10) years' minimum experience
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Experience with financial analysis in operating and capital expenditures
Ability to assess and mitigate risk from a company, project, financial and contractual perspective
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and planning and project management abilities
Outstanding leadership and team building skills
Preferred: Experience with procurement and strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations
