As the Director of Supply Chain, you will lead and develop sourcing and procurement activities to support key business objectives. You will ensure the effective execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures, and performance metrics for managing third-party spend across the company. Providing vision and strategy for all goods procurement activities, you will drive consistency in procurement for operating and capital expenditures. By analyzing market and delivery trends, you will develop innovative procurement technologies and processes. Collaboration with Operating Areas and Project Execution teams will be essential to drive bottom-line value through a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Defines, develops, and implements comprehensive procurement strategies and processes for OPEX and CAPEX goods, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery objectives
Leads the consolidation, strategic planning, and execution of all company commodity purchases, including pipe, valves, fabricated equipment, fleet, compression, and power
Oversees the continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, and programs, focusing on enhancing organizational value and operational efficiency
Conducts business analysis with key stakeholders to ensure procurement initiatives are aligned with business priorities and objectives
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction, Energy Management, or a related field, and a minimum of ten (10) years' related experience in supply chain, operations, commercial, project management, construction management, or a related role

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Skilled in financial analysis for operating and capital expenditures
Experienced in project management lifecycle
Excellent communication skills
Ability to assess and mitigate risk from a company, project, financial and contractual perspective
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and planning abilities that are data driven and results oriented
Outstanding leadership and team building skills
Preferred: Procurement/strategic sourcing
