Position Overview:
As part of the talented Navico Group Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new operational capabilities across Navico Group's global supply chain. These capabilities may include any combination of business processes, organizational structures, IT systems, new or modified facilities and equipment, operational or analytical tools, reporting, and KPIs.
Explores innovative and creative ideas to develop Navico Group's global supply chain and operations, by becoming familiar with new technologies, IT trends, and other cutting-edge business concepts that have been proven in the high-tech industry.

Essential Functions:
Technology Exploration and Innovation
Proactively research emerging technologies and operational trends-such as IoT, AI, and IT system developments-through self-study, industry networking, and participation in relevant seminars or training.
Evaluate and demonstrate the practical application of these technologies within Navico Group's supply chain, including a clear business case supported by ROI assessments.
Process Optimization and Reporting
Streamline manual, cross-functional spreadsheet processes into efficient, user-friendly solutions that ensure data integrity and reduce risk.
Design and implement dashboards and reports for key metrics such as PPV, duties, and cost fluctuations to support decision-making.
Develop tools for supply chain analysis, including order frequency/MOQ optimization, forecasting variation impacts, and geopolitical or force majeure risk assessments.
Project Development and Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of supply chain innovation projects, including analysis, due diligence, stakeholder approval, and launch.
Assess organizational impacts of supply chain initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers, defining change management and training needs to ensure successful integration.
Data Management and ERP Optimization
Analyze multi-ERP data sets to identify opportunities for cost reduction, item consolidation, and supplier optimization.
Maintain item-level category naming structures within the Strategic Sourcing Spend Cube.
Advance EDI implementation across Navico Group by identifying gaps and leading execution with cross-functional teams.
Supplier Performance and Collaboration
Develop and deploy automated supplier scorecards independent of ERP platforms, and continuously enhance them as organizational maturity increases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with managers and suppliers to support the implementation of new supply chain capabilities, ensuring alignment and effectiveness through robust stakeholder engagement.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years progressive experience in related area
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization and globally (English)
Strong analytical skills (Microsoft Suite, Power BI, Emerging Technologies)
Experience with multiple ERP systems (Oracle/Syteline preferred)
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in fast-paced business environment
Preferred Qualifications:
CPM/CPIM/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent CI certification
International and Domestic Logistics Knowledge
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Working Conditions:

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Working hours will vary to support global organization
The position will require occasional day and/or overnight domestic and international travel by auto or airplane, 10%-25% of the time
The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 - $136,100 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business @context.
