??Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager

Location:On-site | Warren, OR

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (occasional early meetings at 4:00 AM due to global operations)

??Work Environment

Office-based with regular interaction in manufacturing and warehouse areas

Full PPE provided and required when on the floor

Supportive, team-oriented culture with cross-department collaboration

24-hour facility with a consistent day shift and occasional early meetings

??What You'll Do

Lead the development and implementation of safety programs and policies

Identify and mitigate workplace hazards

Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures

Deliver engaging safety training and onboarding for new hires

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory bodies

Manage environmental permits and contractor safety programs

Track and analyze safety data to drive continuous improvement

Support workers' compensation and insurance claim processes

Champion a culture of safety across all levels of the organization

??What You Bring

1-3 years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead training sessions and influence safety culture

Degree in Industrial Safety Management or related field preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
