We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to oversee the company's payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely approval of all hours on a weekly basis for a staff of 90-120 employees, depending on the season. The position offers the potential for growth into Human Resources responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for 90-120 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely approval of hours.
Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate payroll records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all payroll-related inquiries are addressed promptly.
Maintain a high level of organization to manage payroll processes efficiently.
Essential Skills
Experience with payroll processing.
Proficiency in data entry.
Strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working with computers, even if the software is outdated.
Work Environment
The work environment is a small, casual office with a team of 8-10 people. The office fosters a family-like atmosphere and encourages a laid-back dress code of jeans and sweatshirts. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
