Apply industry knowledge and expertise in business strategies to improve an organization's structure, efficiency or profits by participating in organizational evaluations, gathering and analyzing data and developing solutions to business problems. Utilize strategic planning and analysis, market analysis, information technology, operations strategy and supply chain and sourcing analysis to evaluate organizational performance and design systems and procedures to improve or transform operations. Apply cutting-edge business processes and technology to build high-performance predictive models and develop insightful analytical approaches to business situations.100% Telecommuting permitted in the U.S.Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, plus 1 year of experience in management consulting, strategy analysis or business analytics.Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:-Developing advanced financial models, including Leveraged Buyout (LBO), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), financing, and financial forecast models, to evaluate acquisition feasibility, assess financing structures, and project financial performance. Using valuation techniques like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis and conducting sensitivity analyses on market variables. Supporting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and providing strategic financial advice to clients;-Coordinating with cross-functional teams to perform comprehensive financial and operational due diligence to analyze financial statements, assess operational metrics, and identify potential risks and synergies. Preparing Confidential Information Memorandum to summarize key financial data, market positioning, and strategic opportunities for potential investors;-Managing the end-to-end transaction process. Overseeing the drafting of critical financial terms in Share Purchase Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements. Collaborating closelywith legal advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with tax advisors to optimize deal structures, including considerations for tax-efficient asset transfers, earnouts,and purchase price allocations;-Conducting in-depth industry research and evaluating competitive landscapes to analyze market trends and assess key performance metrics, leveraging Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Thomson Reuters, and FactSet. Incorporating macroeconomic factors, shift in consumer behaviors, regulatory changes, and technology advancement to refine investment theses and develop insights to guide client strategies.Up to 50% of travel to undetermined domestic and international client locations, as needed. 40 hours per week, $131,706 - $200,000 per year.
