You will maintain an organized and adaptable process for contract and project documentation, billing submittals and forecasts, and other internal records - while serving as a key contributor to the smooth and efficient management of our local day-to-day office operations.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate and prioritize high volumes of information, including sensitive and non-routine materials, while collaborating closely with the management team to support day-to-day business operations and critical initiatives.
Greet and assist guests and customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression
Support customer satisfaction during Factory Acceptance Testing
Maintain logging and tracking for incoming and outgoing office shipments
Track and process payment of incoming office expenses and bills
Lead employee and visitor badge access to the building
Monitor office supply levels and ensure all items are well stocked and readily available
Lead all aspects of facility maintenance, contractor and cleaning crews to ensure adherence to scheduled and standards and raise any issues to building management
Track engineers drug testing and PPE equipment requirements
Monitor and track parts inventory
Assist with new hire onboarding
Other duties as assigned

For This Role, You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/secretarial position
A strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, record-keeping skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication
A dedication to confidentiality
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

The salary range for this role is $70K annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.?
