Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
$15 per hour - Contract role 2 months
What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Filing and organizing documents efficiently, reporting to the Office Manager
Answering phones and directing calls as needed
Typing letters and preparing correspondence
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Are available to work Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
