Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$35 to $38 per hour (DOE)

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Managing administrative support through a shared mailbox ticketing system and handling incoming calls, emails, and communications.

Managing calendar for two VPs.

Coordinating detailed domestic and international travel arrangements for two VPs and team members.

Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma and 5+ years of Administrative Assistance experience supporting executives and teams.

Are proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SAP Concur, and Share Point

Are results-focused, detail-oriented , and a proactive problem solver .

Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
