Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emails and maintaining clear correspondence.

Perform accurate data entry tasks, including processing invoices and maintaining customer records.

Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely updates to calendars.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to prepare reports and presentations.

Process invoices and maintain organized documentation for financial records.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Support daily operations by performing general office duties as needed.

Assist in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

Experience in handling invoices and financial documentation.
