Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their accounting career with a passion to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Entry-Level Accountant will play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting the accounting team with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary entries.

Assist in audits by organizing and preparing documentation as requested.

Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation for expense reporting.

Collaborate with other departments for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

Perform other ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the accounting manager or supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or associate's degree with relevant experience).

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or prior work experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
