Job Title: Survey Project Manager (SIT or PLS)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Survey Project Manager with expertise to join our team. You will be working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects within the private sector, focusing on site development,.

Responsibilities

Conduct site selection and surveying for various projects.

Develop preliminary designs and prepare working drawings and specifications.

Focus on site planning and layout for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Design water distribution systems and sewer collection.

Develop roadway designs and monitor stormwater.

Implement sedimentation or erosion control measures.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in land surveying management and/or survey drafting and mapping.

Proficiency in Civil 3D software.

Experience in residential and commercial projects.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to work overtime when needed.

Strong prioritization skills with respect to projects and CAD standards.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.

Expertise in Civil 3D, Land Development Desktop, AutoCAD, and Microstation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
