The Transformation Management Organization Manager is a pivotal manager-level role dedicated to revolutionizing Ford's approach to warranty management. This individual will lead strategic initiatives to identify, analyze, and optimize every stage of the warranty lifecycle, from issue detection to resolution, including customer solutions that improve efficiency while optimizing the customer experience. This role will project manage the change of how our field issue resolution system functions across the company to accelerate our improvements. Significant collaboration across functions will be required to pull everything together.
Job Responsibilities
As our Transformation Warranty Cost and End to End Process Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving change. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Establish and managing the governance of the workstreams that will deliver the improvement of our end-to-end field issue resolution process
Collaborating extensively with diverse teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Warranty, Financial, Executive Leadership, Manufacturing, Launch, Field Service, Dealerships, and Customers , to align on deliverables, timelines, action plans and KPIs to measure progress and ensure delivery of the overall project objectives.
Defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warranty cost, process efficiency, and quality improvements, providing regular, insightful updates to executive leadership.
Driving the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and systems to enhance data analytics, predictive capabilities, and proactive issue resolution within warranty management.
Championing a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing paradigms, and fostering innovative solutions to complex quality and cost challenges throughout the organization.
Demonstrating exceptional resilience and adaptability , effectively navigating ambiguous situations, managing competing priorities, and responding strategically to unexpected obstacles or evolving business needs with a positive, problem-solving mindset

To excel in this role, you'll need a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience
Exceptional Program Management Prowess: A proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex technical programs from conception through execution and closure, preferably within an automotive or other large-scale manufacturing environment.
Outstanding Communication and Influence: Superior ability to articulate business concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, and to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across various departments (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Service, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Dealership Networks).
Change Leadership: A demonstrated ability to champion and drive significant organizational change, overcoming resistance and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and initiatives across a large, complex organization
Expertise in Process Optimization: Strong understanding and hands-on application of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Lean) to re-engineer end-to-end workflows and achieve measurable improvements.
Strategic & Systems Thinking: The capability to conceptualize complex systems, understand interdependencies across various functions, and develop long-term strategic roadmaps for quality and cost transformation.

Direct experience in automotive warranty processes, quality engineering, or service operations, specifically within a large-scale OEM.
Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent.
Experience leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence to predict, prevent, and mitigate warranty issues.
Program management experience, working with diverse global teams.
Prior experience in a consulting role focused on operational efficiency/waste reduction within a large enterprise.
