Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant with experience in intellectual property litigation or general litigation to join our top-tier Intellectual Property Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and respected group handling sophisticated IP litigation matters across the country. Key Responsibilities Include: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading a variety of legal documents, including pleadings and legal correspondence. Managing e-filing and service of pleadings and discovery in federal courts. Coordinating matter intake, including conflict checks, invoice processing, and reimbursement submissions. Scheduling and organizing meetings, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and prep materials. Supporting attorneys with project coordination, document organization, and administrative follow-up. Keeping calendars up-to-date and handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly. Pitching in on special projects as needed. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: 3+ years' litigation experience (strongly preferred) in a legal department or other professional services industry. Experience e-filing in federal courts (required). High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a "let's figure this out" approach. Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively anticipate and identify attorney and project needs. Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and the willingness and interest to learn new and evolving systems and applications. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a "let's figure this out" approach. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
