Commercial Print Account Manager Serves as the primary contact, advocate, and growth driver for assigned customers, with a strong focus on expanding accounts and driving new business opportunities. Proactively identifies and capitalizes on sales and upsell opportunities to support the company's revenue growth targets, while optimizing production to meet/exceed cost, quality, and delivery targets. Performs Material Req Planner 2 responsibilities as assigned by the business. Plans the materials and production processes required for production orders for a broad group of products. May perform MCS Account Representative 2 duties as assigned by the business. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Commercial Print Account Manager, you will: Customer Relationship Management & Sales Growth: Proactively build and nurture internal/external customer relationships, drive sales initiatives by identifying needs and recommending solutions, and work with sales/marketing teams to develop account strategies and capture new business. Customer Communication & Support: Monitor job status, ensure deadlines are met, represent customer and manufacturing interests in decisions, and facilitate document/sample transfers between departments. Customer Feedback & Business Development: Capture and report customer feedback, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, provide quotes and negotiate pricing, and identify recurring problems with recommended solutions. Production Planning & Coordination: Perform Material Requirements Planning responsibilities, coordinate and verify specifications/materials/scheduling for jobs, and identify process requirements for production orders. SAP System Management: Forecast products in SAP aligned with sales projections, maintain material master data, create and release production orders with accurate details, and determine appropriate lot sizes. Process Improvement & Special Projects: Lead initiatives to improve workflow, systems, processes, and procedures that support business growth and operational efficiency. System Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform necessary system testing to ensure operational reliability and accuracy of production processes. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production and internal departments, serve as a resource to Production Account Coordinators, and support various production needs. Training & Facility Management: Lead manufacturing facility tours and train other tour guides to support business development activities. Flexible Production Support: Provide additional support for production needs as requested, including flex labor assistance and other operational requirements. About You: You're a fit for the role of Commercial Print Account Manager if you have: Strong sales acumen with proven track record in identifying growth opportunities, account management, and business development, preferably in printing or manufacturing industries High-level proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications, with knowledge of printing methods, equipment capabilities, and material requirements Understanding of scheduling, forecasting processes, and manufacturing operations, ideally with experience as a production planner or scheduler in printing/manufacturing environments Strong mathematical, analytical, and logic skills to support decision-making and problem-solving in technical and business @contexts Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain growth-oriented relationships with customers, with strong commitment to customer service and proven success in driving account expansion Ability to build productive working relationships across production departments and with management teams to leverage manufacturing knowledge and cap abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with preference for candidates having customer service or account representative experience in relevant industries #LI-TK1 What's in it For You?
