Position:
Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler
Summary:
An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner
Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow.
Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time
Follow safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner
Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary
May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process
Must possess basic computer knowledge
Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles
The ability to communicate openly in a team environment
Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills
Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
Continuous movement of parts weighing up to 50lbs with or without accommodations are required in all positions.
