Allied Universal is hiring a Full-time Security Officer for Mortenson Company at 9385 N 56th St in Lincoln, NE.

Job Details:

Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour

Schedule: Morning Shift Available / 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Duties: You will undergo training at various locations to uphold the facility's security by verifying the identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors while conducting regular foot and mobile patrols across the property. This position necessitates meticulous attention to detail, physical endurance, and a strong dedication to safety and security protocols.

Experience: Must have 6+ months of security experience.

Skills: Comfortable using technology devices and possessing a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
