Medical Assistant - Make a Daily Difference in Fast-Paced Healthcare

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flex to 6 PM as needed)

What You'll Do:

Accurately document vital signs and medical history to support quality patient care

Prepare exam rooms and patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and cleanliness

Support physicians during exams and clinical procedures

Manage EMR documentation, process orders, and update patient data efficiently

Handle messages, referrals, test result tracking, and communicate care instructions

Perform triage, schedule ancillary tests, and educate patients under guidance

Maintain inventory of medical, pharmaceutical, and office supplies

Deliver outstanding front-line service to 50-100 patients per day in a busy urgent care setting

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience

Experience with electronic health record systems (EMR/Practice Management software)

Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Phlebotomy experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
