Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls promptly and address customer inquiries with professionalism.

Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or provide additional information.

Process order entries accurately and efficiently to meet client expectations.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments as required.

Handle email correspondence to resolve issues and provide detailed responses.

Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to compile reports and track customer data.

Perform data entry tasks to update and manage customer databases.

Provide exceptional service in a call center environment, adhering to company protocols.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a call center environment.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on attention to detail.

Strong skills in data entry and maintaining organized records.

Ability to manage email correspondence and provide clear, concise responses.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for report generation and tracking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate tasks efficiently.
