Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Direct Hire)
Location: Paris, Kentucky (Onsite with opportunity for 1 day/week remote)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Paris, KY. This full-time, direct hire role is primarily onsite with the option for one remote day per week. The position involves managing customer orders, processing quotes, and delivering exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders and verify inventory availability
Schedule and communicate appropriate shipping dates
Update customers on order status and handle returns, credit memos, and order changes
Maintain organized departmental files and records
Prepare and process quotes timely and accurately
Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams as needed
Professionally resolve customer complaints and act as liaison between customers and internal departments
Assist sales representatives and provide technical support by working with Engineering and Quality teams
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Technical aptitude and ability to understand product details
Manual dexterity
Ability to efficiently locate files, pricing, and technical information
Adherence to company safety policies and procedures
