What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Control Manager to join our Franklin Finance team. As the Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing internal control processes and procedures across our manufacturing plant as well as the Health of Inventory and Paid on time process and metrics. Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with company policies, identify and mitigate risks, and improve operational efficiency within the manufacturing function while driving a culture of accountability, integrity, and ethical behavior.
Animate and Implement Internal Control priorities: Animate internal control framework, policies, and procedures within Manufacturing Finance, Operations, MSC, EHS and HR. Benchmark and create value though best practice sharing and standardization.
Serve as the go-to-person for ALL internal control matters for Manufacturing ; partner with manufacturing internal control to assist in the development of a strong internal control culture and added value creation for the business.
Controls Design and Implementation: Animate, lead, and implement effective internal controls to mitigate identified risks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of group compliance, best practices implementation for but not limited to; inventory management, destructions, excess and obsolete, and procurement processes.
Audit Management & Follow up: In charge of success of internal and external audits and implementation of recommended actions within specified timeline; serve as SME and lead contact for both external and internal auditor's requests.
Self-Assessment Campaigns: Coordinate annual self-assessment for the plant. Ensure timely completion as required by group timeline. Ensure corrective actions are in place prior to validation.
Prevention Corruption Program: animate within Entity.
Monitor and support drive Health of Inventory monthly. Collaborate with Logistics, MSC, QA departments in driving improvement. Prepare inventory provision and support inventory destruction efforts and compliance with DGO Norms and business strategy.
Training and Awareness : Provide training and awareness sessions to relevant personnel on LUSA policy regulations, internal controls, and company procedures.
Reporting and Communication : Prepare reports and presentations on internal control compliance and identified risks for Operations management and Franklin leadership.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
5 years of relevent Experience
Proven leadership ability
Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to influence business partners
Self-Directed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP preferred
